Each month we normally discuss the planets in transit and what effect we might expect from them.
In this newsletter I shall spend more time writing about what’s in store for us down the road. I will be following up this newsletter with weekly blogs for all of September.
There is much to talk about!
However, we must note that this month shows that we are having planets in favourable signs.
Venus is quite happy in the sign of Libra, which can help bring in more harmony. Mercury is exalted (best placement) in Virgo which helps us with all forms of communications. The Sun bring in its light as he visits Leo (in the Vedic chart system).
We then have Saturn in its own sign of Capricorn strengthening its militancy.
Even though we still have Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto in their long retrogrades (until next month) which has stilted movement in many areas of your life, the energy this month is still positive.
Then why isn’t this the case for people in most parts of the world?
Why are we seeing more draconian measures being enforced upon us?
Is there something else going on that we the people don’t know about?
In my January 2020 New-year newsletter I wrote the following and I think it’s worth reviewing a year and half later:
2020 has begun and has brought in the much talked about transit of Pluto/ Saturn conjunction which will be on us for most of the year!
When Pluto and Saturn have been involved with each other before such as in the mid 60's it has brought about revolutionary energy.
On a personal level, it will bring sudden changes to many aspects of our lives and perhaps lot of people we know may fall off by the wayside.
Saturn can trigger fierce energy wanting to get its own way while lacking any flexibility when doing so.
Pluto is known to dismantle things around us and quite harshly so, but essentially it is about transformation, about starting anew, the phoenix once again rising from the ashes after the explosion. The two energies of Pluto and Saturn make for a battle.
Saturn wants lifestyles to be the same at all costs while Pluto will break this down because the same is no longer allowing you to be free!
People will be ready to protest more and more as the lies and corruption of our governments and corporations become more exposed.
It is a system that no longer works for it does not function with equality and truth.
This is the Saturnian energy acting out in a harsh way and Pluto will continue to expose it!
The energies of Pluto and Saturn may take the whole year for major happenings to occur but you can count on something significant taking place in the world during this year. The aftermath of this transit can take years for the transformation to happen.
Events with shattering consequences have occurred around the time of Saturn-Pluto configurations.
When we combine their energies, we have the theme of great power and the potential to devastate and destroy (Pluto) and the need to fasten tightly to the status quo and preserve what’s there (Saturn).
It’s like trying to keep the inside of your house intact as the wrecking-ball does its work outside. This brings out immense tension—the attempt to break down and reform while at the same time there is the strong pull to hang on to old ways.
In the material world, this usually produces the authoritarian, government hell bent on control.
Saturn-Pluto energies can prove explosive, and often coincide with paranoia and fear (at best); and devastation of some kind (at worst), bringing about mass hardship in its wake. For instance, back in Autumn 1914 the Great War deepened as Germany declared war on Russia and France. The war was the precise time of the Saturn Pluto conjunction.
The Saturn/Pluto conjunction re-occurred in 1947 which was the end of the 2nd World War- and war-torn Europe was in a mess. The separation of India also occurred during this time with a million lives being lost.
It was also the beginning of The New World Order!
