New Beginnings in February

Hi Everyone. I hope January 2024 has so far treated you well and that you are feeling inspired. If not, then get ready for a fresh start!

Talking about fresh starts, I am excited to let you know that my long awaited sequel to The Meaning Of Fyfe is finally here ~

The Meaning of Fyfe: An India Story

And, now, let's take a look at the new energies coming in ~

The New Moon arrives on February 10th and brings in the Chinese New Year, the year of the Dragon.

The Dragon is considered the luckiest zodiac sign in Chinese culture.

This year will be a marked contrast to 2023's Year of the Rabbit, when we felt more hesitant, introspective and precarious about our place in the world.

The Dragon will be dynamic, if not explosive!

The year of Wood Dragon has the potential to bring in good fortune; Things will be happening quickly!

2012 was a Dragon year which was a year of great significance because of the Mayan calendar coming to an end.

The Dragon year before that occurred in 2000, which was, of course, the beginning of the new millennium.

In 1988, we had the aftermath of the harmonic convergence from 1987, which was a powerful planetary alignment and meant to bring a great change into our 3D paradigm.

Expect some dramatic changes to take place during or just after the Year of the Dragon.

Now for the planets:

In the month of February we won't be having any planets in retrograde and this will continue for a few months. Hallelujah!

Planets in direct motion tend to give us more breathing room. you may not feel like your are stuck in the mud like you might have been.

You might even be more upbeat about situations in your life. Your perceptions get a boost!

This is a great time  to get moving and activate plans that you feel have been put on hold.

In these last six months you might have felt circumstances around you have been out of your control. Maybe you've been waiting for a medical procedure to happen or slowly have been paying off a debt.

Perhaps you've just wanted to get out of your emotional prison!

Uranus has left its mark on us after five months of it being in retrograde. Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury, and when it is at a standstill (stationary), as it has been these last two weeks, it makes Mercury's retrograde seems like a walk in the park!

Have you been out of sorts during this time? Perhaps you’ve over-reacted to situations or witnessed that from other people? Have you felt more anxious?

These are all significations of Uranus when it gets triggered.

But now in the Western chart, we have Pluto changing signs.

As Pluto re-enters the sign of Aquarius, the social order will continue to crumble. Pluto is the planet of wealth, power, secrets, mystery, death, transformation, and shadow journeys.

Pluto last passed through Aquarius between 1777 and 1798, which coincided with the French and American revolutions.

Welcome to your brave new world!

It's time for change, folks, as the corruption in your governments and the wackiness in society has gotten way out of control.

The New Normal is not working out so well!

Here are a few short passages about what the year of the Dragon may bring for you. Do you know your sign?

RATS: December is when you will have a sense that you are going somewhere.”

OX: Ox people are cautious but will feel a little bit of freedom and willingness to take risks in March. Good luck also comes up in July, when their conservative nature can take a rest.

TIGER:  Those born in the Year of the Tiger are in for a balanced year. They may hit a bump in June as their energy wanes, but in general, they will move slowly but steadily forward.

RABBIT: Last year was your year, and in February those good vibes should remain. August finds you in a particularly good place with friendship and romance.

DRAGON: This is your year. You tackled some hard times in 2023, as you had to finish up old business. However, February and May will be good times to start some important new business and forge new alliances. Your confidence is back in full force.

SNAKE: Those born in the Year of the Snake should get a nice boost this year.  May and August will be particularly good months for Snakes—expect your popularity to soar.

HORSE: Fiercely independent, Horses will do best by following the beat of their own drum in 2024—particularly in March and December, when they will feel free to leave the home fires burning as they pursue bigger dreams. International travel is especially favored.

SHEEP/GOAT: Shy Sheep will feel a little off kilter at times during the Year of the Dragon, but luckily, their quiet natures allow them to pay attention and tune into what is going on around them.  April and July will be their luckiest months in 2024, as they’ll feel a little more confident and extroverted.

MONKEY: they are likely to feel lucky most of the year. April and October will see them in particularly good form in areas of romance and collaboration.

ROOSTER: Roosters are on fire during the Year of the Dragon, as they possess the style and wildness that vibe best in the months ahead. They will be particularly prosperous in May and September, and their bold decisiveness should bring them abundance in spades.

DOG: Those born under the sign of the Dog may not feel completely at ease during the Year of the Dragon because of their sensitive natures. April and August see a lot of their good will coming back to them as they reap the good karma they deserve.

PIG: Pigs should fare fabulously in the Year of the Dragon, and prosperity will be their middle name! September and November are especially lucky for those born in Pig years.

                                                HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Please do book a private reading with me if you'd like to see how your own planets are affected during these tumultuous times.
